Project Summary:
Athena Contracting is providing interior carpentry and design-build services at the Philadelphia Parking Authority bus terminal located at 10th & Filbert Street. In coordination with the PPA design team and Elliott-Lewis, Athena is supporting layout development and constructability planning while performing renovation work within the facility.
Scope of work included:
Demo, Carpentry, Painting, Site Work, excavation, concrete, Masonry, Tile, Flooring ( VCT & Carpet tile), Doors, frames, hardware, Millwork, Bollards, Bathroom fixtures, partitions, accessories, FRP, Lockers, Exterior site work, furniture install, and site furnishings.
