Have been using Athena Trash for a few years at all of our buildings in Philadelphia, both Residential and Commercial. James is one of the best in the business. The customer service and attention to detail is crucial in the property management business and Athena has never disappointed! I have had the misfortune of working with many other trash haulers and their response and support were lacking. The team in the field that services our buildings are excellent and go above and beyond. Started using Athena for our construction dumpster service recently and once again - great price - great service. I work with haulers nationwide. Athena is one of the most responsive, customer-focused, quality vendors on my roster. When I have something in Athena's service area, James is quick to return my call and gives my clients great service at a fair value. Highly recommend.

We've been with Athena for 2 years. They always handle issues immediately, like lost of wheels or lids on dumpsters. So far, they never skipped a day of service. We're very thankful!

A truck from Athena regularly pulls into our parking lot to wait for doors to be opened across the street. We can't get into our lot yet they have been asked not to do this. When we called to complain to the owner, she was extremely rude. We have never had to complain about something like this before and are flabbergasted that her answer was call the cops! Couldn't care less about customer service or what's good for the community they serve.
